All complaints that we receive are taken extremely seriously, but if you are dissatisfied with something that is within our service standards then it will not be classed as a formal complaint. To make a formal complaint, you will need to highlight an instance where we have:
- Failed to do something we should have done
- Provided incorrect advice
- Done something wrong or to a poor standard
- Not treated you fairly or politely
- Not followed our own policies.
Complaints are acknowledged within two working days and responded to within 10 working days. Sometimes, if the matter is complex, it can take longer than 10 days, but we will keep you informed throughout the process.
